Meet the Chef
Chef Damon Covington is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef (CEC) with a passion for sharing his culinary expertise. Trained in classical French techniques, he holds two culinary degrees and has earned four medals in professional competitions.
We began with a simple idea: to bring the best of ourselves to you. At Supper Cooking Academy, you'll find a clean, safe, and lively environment where cooking is fun, inspiring, and educational β because great food and great company are best enjoyed together.
